AIM:
IJAR, a Journal of Multidisciplinary Research focuses on critical and creative research. This journal seeks to promote original research and cultivate fruitful dialogues between previous and innovative thoughts.

Providing an insight, to transform lives is the motto. One can utilize the opportunities and face challenges of this changing world.
OBJECTIVES:IJAR is emphasising people centered approach” to recognize human and social capital for sustainable development via sharing knowledge and to create sustainable improvement in the quality of life among the common people and to generate interest in civil society movements, studies on democracy, problems of marginalized sections, cross border terrorism, violation of human rights, ecology, environment and issues in governance at the regional and national level.The object is simple and that is to provide a forum for scholarly dialogue on a broad range of topics significant to our times and cultures.

The Chief Editor, Dr T.V.Ramana, M.A., M.B.A., P.G.D.I.M., P.G.D.H.R.M., P.G.D.C.A.,(B.L), Ph.D has been working as a faculty member in Department of Economics, Andhra University Campus Kakinada. He has research experience and published several Research papers in International, National Journals and periodicals. He has been attended/ participated in several international and national Seminars and workshops and guiding research Scholars. He has administrative experience by working in the campus.
Awards : Dr. T.V.Ramana has been awarded (1)”Jewel of India in 2009 by Indian Solidarity Council (2) “Eminent Educationist” Award in 2010 by International Institute of Education and Management and (3) selected for Shikhsha’ Rattan Puraskar by International Friendship Society for his outstanding achievement in chosen field.
